“Asli Hero” program is open for enrollment for technicians who purchase Hero Genuine Parts from retailers/authorized distributor.
The technician in the "Asli Hero Program"
refers to a technicians who uses/buys Hero
Genuine Parts that shall help them to
provide their customers with right advice
and turn their customers as their best friend.
You'll be registered through your
distributor sales staff post completion of
registration formalities including KYC
documentation. The technicians must
provide their registered mobile number and
bank account details to avail benefits of the
'Asli Hero' program.
You can report your sales conversion by
submitting the unique code written on MRP
sticker to the program center via SMS.

Points will be allocated on purchases made by you from the moment your accounts get activated post documents verification. You get a welcome SMS after successful registration. The points will start accruing when unique code written on MRP sticker is reported by you via SMS.
You don't have to redeem your points as
the cash reward basis your slab
achievement will be loaded automatically in
your Bank Card account on a monthly
basis
The reason of the point mismatch could be because:
a) Way of reporting number is incorrect
b) Wrong unique number punched
c) Duplicate unique number punched

No, you cannot share/club your Points
with anyone. The points thus accrued are
non-transferable.

We suggest you to keep account of all the
UPI number recorded by you via SMS.
No, this is a reward and recognition
program and Points can only be redeemed
via Bank transfer. Rewards can be
redeemed only against registered
remittance to the registered Bank and not
against any product
The “Asli Hero” Program is an Open-
Ended Program. A technician can make
enrollment anytime during the course of the
Program by Registering with the program
center.
We recommend you to keep your card
secure, in case card is lost new card can be
issues by intimating about the same to our
call center and subsequently paying a sum
of 75 Rs to get new card issued by
deducting cost of card from account
balance
Yes, cash card is valid for a period of 5
year, after 1 year card would be renewed
automatically by deducting 50 Rs from the
account balance
